I'm a huge fan of all Gibson Les Paul guitars, and grew frustrated that
there wasn't a good place for LP fans like myself to come and share information, so I decided to take my limited computer
skills and start a Les Paul Forum myself. What you see here is the result, nothing fancy, but better than no forum at all.
So I would like to welcome you all to join in on the discussions on the Discussion Board, and have fun!
Those are the words I wrote almost 6 years ago, and to quote Mr.
Garcia: What a long, strange trip it has been! This very site you are reading right now is the 'original'
Les Paul Forum that I created back in 1999. I have owned this very site and kept this site online since 1999 right
up to the present day. There is another forum now, but this is the original LPF.
Thanks to the ever-paranoid Lynne "Lily" Perry and her husband Joe "Spose" Croce, I am no longer the "founder" of the LPF
apparently. She renegged on our agreements when I stepped down as an administrator. My permissions on the forum have been
revoked because I had the audacity to speak my mind about a few things on another forum concerning the current state of affairs
with the LPF that were not in line with her way of thinking. I can no longer support the LPF in any way from this day forward.
It has turned into a complete joke in my eyes.
